  One of my best friends purchased a gift certificate for my daughter which was used today. The service was actually good until it was time to pay. My daughter and her best friend were accosted and told they couldn't leave the store UNLESS they paid a mandatory tip! My daughter was already planning on tipping for the service she enjoyed however after being accosted and treated unprofessionally, my daughter proceeded to call me immediately. I spoke to my daughter and then I asked to speak to the manager. Once I began to ask what the issue was... the manager began to yell that the tip was MANDATORY and that the service was rendered therefore the tip MUST also be rendered. I tried to clarify that the issue was not the tip but her lack of profesional behavior and she proceeded to end the conversation by hanging up the telephone. My daughter immediately called me back and I instructed her to leave the store. I would've called 9-1-1 if she wouldn't allow my daughter and her best friend to leave once I instructed the girls to leave. I will be reporting this business and the manager to the Better Business Bureau. I am very disappointed that two young ladies were treated unfairly, unprofessionally and made to feel that they were wrong! I will NOT recommend this business nor dealings with this manager now or EVER!!!!
