  The only person that cared about the community that surrounds that bank is no longer working there and it saddens me that i can't even be treated with the same level of respect as he treated me and my family we feel like nothing but a number now. he helped us out with everything and anything and always remembered my whole family by name this person had clients waiting for hours just to be serviced by him, and that speaks volumes. he always went the extra mile for all of his clients and all of his staff because from we have understood his staff loved him as well, we are looking for him but apparently he left the banking industry from what the bankers there now say, nevertheless, that branch is now life-less , no personal connections and a vibe that is so unwelcoming. the bankers are for the most part mean and act as if they dont like their jobs, and they just want us out...Especially Carlos & Claudia, everytime we are helped by them they dont treat us with respect they show no genuine interest in us or what we look forward to doing. completely Polar opposite to what the other banker we use to have. we really miss him and a lot of the other people that come into the branch have agreed with us , which is what prompted me to write this review and my family will write reviews too. bring back Randy Peralta, or at least bring someone who cares about Fleetwood.
