    I've had nothing but extraordinarily positive experiences at J&B. The body work is perfection. But just as important is their customer service. Everyone on the staff is warm, friendly and eager to help. They take care of all the logistics dealing with the insurance company, including the inspection. They keep you abreast of the car's status through whatever medium you prefer (I asked for texts). I even had a very challenging issue with my rental car company during the period of the repair - - and J&B solved it for me! A special shout-out to Desiree Pacheco whose personal time and attention leading my project was absolutely wonderful.
